"After checking in around 1 a.m. and entering the room, I found that it was completely different from what had been advertised. It smelled of mold, the facilities were in poor condition, and it was far below the minimum standards of comfort and hygiene. We stayed in the room for no more than three minutes before deciding to leave, as it was impossible to remain there. We had to look for another accommodation in the middle of the night. Therefore, I kindly request a full refund for this reservation."
